Please check this band out. They call themselves "progressive rock" and have just released a new cd this week that met and exceded my expectations from their first album. They are kind of a concept band as well, the singer is working on a graphic novel and the albums will play as sort of a soundtrack to the story...interesting stuff.

Finally got around to trying this at Borders tonight. Only heard a few songs. Wishing I had bought it now. Had a Mars Volta meets Geddy Lee thing going on from what I heard.

they only have one other one. their first is "the second stage turbine blade" i like it just as much or more. i listened to that one more anyway. good stuff, maybe not as catchy as the new one though.square at 2007-11-15 17:40:28 >

I know I'm a little late to the party, but Wow! I cannot get enough of this band. I NEVER watch MTV anymore and just happened to turn on MTV2 when the video for "A Favor House Atlantic" was starting. I had no idea what to expect. When Claudio was getting ready to sing, I was fully expecting a grunt to come out from his appearance. And then all of a sudden this Geddy Lee like voice starts. The song stuck with me for a few days, and then I "had" to go out and buy the album, and I NEVER buy albums anymore. It has literally been 2 or 3 years since I plopped down cash for an album.
