Can I use one of these to connect an iPod car charger with a firewire connector to the latest models of iPod as I could put such an adapter between my car charger and the firewire-docking station cable?

Does anyone know where I can get a 6-pin female female firewire adapter in white. I have seen the PocketDock but this costs $20 vs. $3.50 for the firewire adapter see
