Recording streaming audio?

What is a good Mac program to record streaming web audio to MP3 (or other) format? Thanks.

Audio Hijack does this. Records to AIFF but you can set iTunes to kick in and convert to MP3 or AAC very easily and automatically.

If you are looking for free, I've had good luck with StreamRipperX ( http://streamripperx.sourceforge.net/).

If you want to record Windows Media Stream (audio or video like wmv, wma, asf, asx) I suggest to use Mac ASF Recorder.

It records media stream in its native format so you won't worsen the quality
