Remote controls

Hi,

Anybody use a remote control for MC9 on your computer? What's your experience on it.

I have a Creative Labs Multimedia Remote Control (IR Receiver via COM1) and a Leadtek WinFast TV2000 Delux (IR Receiver plugged into the PCI card itself). I'd like to use one or the other if possible, but I'm not sure where to go. I was hoping that maybe someone might have a little experience in this.

Any remote controls for under $20? Maybe I'd just buy one...maybe... :D

TIA

Bryan

I use a Streamzap remore with my Jukebox PC running MC9.1. Works great for what it does. You still have to use a mouse/keyboard for more advanced navigation.

I have a Bluetooth widget for my system already, and I have a Bluetooth enabled cellphone (SonyEricsson T616), so I use the free BTcontrol program ( http://www.meer-net.com/Software/BTcontrolmain/swindex.html) to run Media Center.

$29.95 after MIR for that Streamzap remote, not bad.

I don't believe I have Bluetooth on my Palm Zire or my LG VX4400. If I didn't, I'd definitey have a look. :)

Good suggestions, I hope there's lots more. :D

Thanks you two!
