I've had this pod for about 4 days, this is the first problem with it. This is what happens:

I load songs onto the pod using Ephpod, unmount it, goto browse - > artists - > whatever artist - > album - > then I pick any song. I press the enter button on the iPod and it loads the song. It shows the Name / length but doesn't start. It just FREEZES. It's like the iPod can't find the song but has the info on it.

After it freezes, somehow it restarts itself. After that happens it brings me back to the regular menu, and when I try to do it again same problem.

I've tried to reset it while it was in the docking bay but that doesn't help.

How the hell can I correct this? I'm going bonkers.
