WMA to MP3 needing Help

Hi guys !!

I have copied a load of cds that i have onto my harddrive using windows media 9 but they are in WMA format and when i select the folder that the WMA songs are in, Ephpod just shows an empty folder and this has always happened.

So first does ephpod support wma format ??

I have tried to convert the wma to mp3 but they are all bring up the same error message DRR or something, it the Digital recording rights one, so how can i get around this so i can convert the WMA's into MP3's ??

Any ideas please !!

Thanks

Jon

The iPod will not play WMA files as this is MicroSoft. If you want to convert I recoomend the following software.

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm (http://)

You then need to download the WMA codec

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-wma.htm (http://)

Tip: Keep the bit rates the same as you can't gain information and keep an eye on the ID3 tags.
