tips: new ibook in, have old backup on ipod

Hello... in a couple of days I will be receiving my brand new G4 iBook to replace my dead G3. I backed up all of the songs that I had on it before I reformatted the computer to ship back. As soon as I get my iBook, I want to put all my songs in the iPod into the harddrive, do you have any tips on what I should do/download in order to get this done quick and efficiently? Your help is greatly appreciated.

ooh ooh, what happened to your ibook? i have a g3 ibook and i'd LOVE a g4 ibook. did the motherboard go bad or something? i'm surprised apple is replacing a g3 with a g4 instead of giving you like a refurb or something.

give us details, please! :)

oh, and to answer your question, just go to macupdate.com. there are tons of different apps that let you transfer your music off of your ipod and back onto your mac. most of 'em were made with the purpose of doing exactly what you are trying to do.
