error -36

i have a 10gig ipod that worked for about 3 months. recently when i sync it up to my Ibook , it gets a certain amount synced, then it gives me an error -36 . i dont knwo what this error means, but i have two ipods and the 15gig ipod has no problem syncing and also i tried deleting hte song that it hangs up on, thinking that it was a problem with the song, but no luck... could the harddrive be bad? i tried resdtoring it then resyncing it and no luck........ help please.........

check out the apple support site( apple.com/support). they usually have error message explanations. its 3 months old so i assume it's still under warranty. you can always complain to apple about it!

I found the link where they say what it is (Error -36) but I have NO idea what this is supposed to mean or how to fix it.
