Hello all,

I have been using Ephpod my on Windows XP PC and decided to switch to iTunes now that it is available for PC. Problem is, iTunes won't run. It says that it was installed properly, but when I try to launch iTunes, I get a dialogue box that says:

"iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Any ideas what is going on?

Also, the little iPod doesn't show up in my system tray anymore...
