RECENTLY PLAYED
Saw this post in the apple.forums and I'm having the same issue...I searched but maybe I missed the topic...any suggestions?

"I've noticed also that the sort order of some playlists such as 'Recently Played' on my iPod is somewhat idiosyncratic. Most of the time it sorts with the most recently played song right at the bottom of the list, the opposite of how it sorts in iTunes. If however I manually change the playlist sort order on iTunes (e.g. by clicking twice on the last played column) and then click 'Update iPod', the correct sort order is implemented. This seems to be short lived though and reverts to the wrong sort order at a later time."

Also I've now noticed that not only does it not sort in the correct order, it's throwing songs I listened to last night ahead of this mornings playlist and then it ends with last night again...meaning...

TOP PLAYED
So I have a "Top 25" smart playlist and my top three look something like this...

Ghost - Howie Day
Stash - Phish
Volcano - Damien Rice

...this is how they're listed in iTunes but as of yesterday they've been mixing up the top three and sometimes the entire list even though my number one is plenty ahead of the other two (if that makes sense)...what's the deal? I've tried a bunch of different options like resorting in iTunes and it hasn't done a thing...might just be a hiccup but it's the same this morning so I'm a little "concerned" that all my smart playlists are gonna act up...
