Sorry, getting very confused. I've done a search but cant seem to get an exact answer on this question.

So when I plug my ipod in to my pc its gonna autosync right. Fair enough. But my PC harddrive is full, so I want to put all the MP3's on my ipod and then delete em all from my PC harddrive. Will I still be able to have all my playlist listed in itunes if the files are no longer on the PC? If not, can I just turn autosync off after the first time and just add new files manually?

Also, will itunes recognise my ipod files when I plug it into the PC?

I can SO see me wiping all my files.
