How do I view my library and a playlist at the same time?

With Musicmatch I can view both together. With ITunes I have to keep switching back and forth. Or am I missing something here?

Double click on the playlist and it will open that playlist in another window same as if you double click the ipod it will open in a new window the main library should be behind the newly opened window.

Fundex...that is a darned neat feature. Never even thought of that.

Now if it were only available when creating smartlists. I find the smartlists impossible to use coming from MC9--where you have checkboxes listing each Genre, Album, Artist, Song etc when you add rules.

I can't remember what Genre's I may want to filter, or what Artists I want to filter half the time.

Fundex - I have always wanted this feature and never knew it worked. Thanks for telling the rest of us.

Any other tips?

oh yeah a hint to make a smart list a bit faster without having to go to the file menu click SHIFT and the playlist button in the bottom left corner that is a + chagens to a cog wheel and now when you click it it creates a smart list not a normal playlist.

Thanks for the reply. I'm obviously not the only person ignorant of this feature. Now can you do something else for me (although I think this is a bug): How can I resize the ITunes windows?

Double click on the bar at the top or click the max button and it will centre itunes and maximise the width but not the hight sorry which is what you are after. IF you double click the top bar again it will make itunes a box centred in the middle of the screen.

if you want to have it full screen use the little dot is the bottom right corner to change the size of the window to what you like.

Thanks for the reply. On following your instructions I discovered that if you click and drag the right bottom corner you can resize the window how you want: width and height.

Excellent!
