iTunes Refund Policy?

Apparently Apple does not give out refunds because they have listed all sales final. However, I bought an album from them last night and several of the songs skip or do not play after burning them onto CD.

Does Apple let you re-download a song in case of such a situation? Who would I go about contacting? I can?t find any contact info on iTunes?

There is a help file menu in itunes (on the mac) and a selection for "music store customer service" I'd seek this out. If you can't find that link. Head off to the this link and look for the link on the right side to customer service

If you delete the files, you can select Download Purchased Music, and you will get a new copy.

But if they work in iTunes but not on CDs apple probably wont do anything for you.

Sailgreg. This is not true. Once you have a complete download having deleted a file, you will not get a new compy by selecting download purchased music. This command only works when there was an error in a download itself. I have tested this myself.
