Still cant get itunes to open! Please help.

I try to open itunes and just get a message saying it can't be opened "because it does not appear to be a readable library file". I tryed for an answer sunday in the forums to no avail. I used itunes for a day or so with no problem, then while ripping a cd it frooze up...I restarted and have not been able to open it since. I even deleted and re downloaded on my slow dialup from apple again to retry..still nothing. I loved it the first couple times till it quit on me...any computer genuis out there can help?

1.have you tried to move your mp3s to another folder, uninstall Musicmatch, EPHPOD, or other program you used to work with.2. Insert the CD you where ripping before it froze in the PC and the open itunes
3. Update WINDOWS, maybe theres a new update or something
4. update CD-Drive Drivers, maybe its not compatible with itunes.
Really your problem is serious. can?t think of anything else.

Go to -> my music and find file named "iTunes 4 Music Library" and delete it. You will loose all your playlists, but thats the only way I could come up with.Rewes at 2007-11-15 16:47:38 >
