it renames all of my musik folders...

what the hell,
after installing iTunes, and add my musik folder to the programm, all subfolders (which contain the albums) where renamed .
before installed iTunes, all my mp3s were in folders called : "artist-album title"
now , after install, i got hundrets of folders very unorganized ( imho ) is . what did iTunes do , with my musik, how i can undo it...

Yeah, I had the same problem, as others have had.

My solution is to manually add the songs (ctrl + o) and that doesn't do it.

There's an option in the settings to disable music organization.

Its a bit hard to get any info from TM when its all simplistic generic crap, which does seem awfully pretty to first time users, it makes RTFM a bit of a useless journey for the other 99% of us.

i could cry! i'm used to learning how software works through trial and error. Big fat error indeed, my poor mp3 collection is in a shambles now - i'm feeling your pain grimmet!
