1. If you have another burner software loaded, does not automatically sense disk change while ripping. This REQUIRES you to close itunes and reopen najor headache.
2. database is different than database in Music match, re ripping sometimes does not product replace message. This can happen if album name, artist name, song name or genre is different in the database.
3. Cannot do VBR in AAC
4. Missing shell extension so AAC files do not show metadata in windows explorer like MP3
5. Loads shim for Gear for CD control, (burning looks like it is from gear)

Things that are cool
1. Auto sync jsut works. The first time I had my ipod on the dock I thought I had a problem as I could not sync, turns out it was already synced.
2. UI is simple and good.
3. store integration is seamless
4. Features like ratings now come up from IPOD

That is it for now, I have to run, but it is better than musicmatch so far.
