2 annoyances (so far)

I won't dwell on the fact that iTunes hijacked my music folders and created folders for every single artist, even if I only have one song by them. That's iLife I guess.

What does bug me though is that the iTunes window doesn't maximize to full screen. Mac folks don't seem to mind seeing their desktop behind applications/other windows, but I'm accustomed to windows that snap to full size. I can't even manually size the window to full size...the resizability stops just shy of wide enough.

Second, iTunes is unresponsive to the scroll wheel on my desktop mouse (including autoscroll) and to the virtual scrolling feature on my notebook's touchpad.

Seems to me if a window operates a certain way on a given OS, the windows of any program written for it should operate the same way. PC users aren't used to Mac windows, and shouldn't be forced to.

Other than that, it's pretty neat software.

p.s. if you disable the "itunes helper" service from startup, when you start iTunes the next time, you're greeted with a warning to start the service, which you must OK out of. How long till someone figures out a way to disable this warning?
