I am a new proud owner of a 3g 20 g ipod/win xp-pro, usb 2.0/ itunes. It has taken awhile to understand the ipod and itunes. I have a situation which I don't know if it is the ipod, itunes or me. When I play a song for the first time it will play for maybe 30 sec then it pauses until I hit the play button. After that incident it doesn't occur again until I change songs or albums. I don't have it set to turn off or anything. I am playing the ipod from the cradle plugged into a powerstrip at work and using my Yamaha external speakers. Does anyone happen to know what is going on?
