Does anybody elses iPod do this?
Anybody else's iPod does this? Is there a way for me to fix this?

I have a 3G 30 gig, and sometimes when I push the play button to turn it on, it'd just show the Apple logo without the backlight on. I'd then have to push menu + play to reset it, and everything would work fine.
Anybody else's iPod does this? Is there a way for me to fix this?

This probably happens after you have the iPod sitting for a long period of time without being used. When you hold down play button the iPod goes to "sleep". If you let it sit for a long period of time, usually like a day or so, when you turn it on the IPod goes through a sort of reset to turn itself on.
