I would love to see more customizability in the functions, interface and the menus.

For example, it would be nice if the name of your iPod appeared at the top of the screen instead of just iPod. Making iPod's more customizable and therefore individual would be quite awesome.

Imagine a custom startup screen and other such beautiful things :)
