I just purchased my ipod today and just wanted to say how delighted I am I came across this place. I had some nasty problems which the apple user guide simple didn't answer. (It's pretty useless to be honest, in my humble opinion ;)).

This place is an excellent resource for us ipodders and i'm so glad I found it :)! It helped me figure out how to use the reset function for a start which the user guide doesn't explain clearly enough. So thanks for offering such a fantastic place and i'll be sure to check back here sometime soon.
