You can either use the attach file box just above the submit reply button (have to use the post reply and not quick reply) which will load the image up to the iPodlounge server or if you have an image on your own site just use this code [ i m g = your image URL ][ /i m g ]. Remove double spacing first of course!

Remember to keep the image file as small as possible and if possible try to not upload to our server, but use your own host site (bandwidth issues)
