Convert WVA to MP3

I need to convert WVA files in media player to MP3, so I can upload my Media Player Music File to my IPod. How do I do this? Is there software that I can use?

There is software to convert WMA (I assume that's what you meant?) to MP3, such as Media Center 9, and various other solutions (just search google) but if they are songs that you bought from a download service such as BuyMusic.com, doing that is illegal as is possessing the tool to do so.
