I got mine from smalldog.com, they are an Apple reseller, and if you buy a refurb, it comes with apple's one year warranty.They have the 3rd gen. 10 gig(refurb) for $249(US).

I noticed powermax had their 3rd gen/10 gig refurb for $229(US), this a week after I got mine. :(
