All of my CDs are for sale
Hey all-
Well now that I've got my iPod I really don't need my CD's anymore. I'm taking that one persons advice to sell my CD's so it'll pretty much pay for the iPod. The CD's are $8.00 a piece (some are $7.50). I started out with about 50 so if I sell all of them, I'll have made back how much it cost for the iPod plus $100. But chances are they won't all sell. Still, I'll probably have made back $200 or so, which is only $100.00 less than the iPod. Good deal

please buy them :D :D :D lol. I realize that iPod owners probably aren't in the market for CD's, but it's worth a try. Hopefully somebody will buy something. Laterz!

what happens from the legal point of view if maxf makes backup copies of his collection but sells the originals - is he also obliged to destroy the backups?

You get mad, save up and buy a new one. This is where the old CD's come in to play.

Yeah... uh... when you sell those, you sell the right to use and enjoy the music, you know? So you are obliged to destroy the copies you have... in theory...
