Ok, so here is the deal... I had a 2nd generation iPod which died on me a month ago. I replaced it with a brand new 40 GB immediately because it became a very important part of my life!!!! (And switched me to Macs)
So the other day I was rooting around for a pair of headphones b/c my iPod's were in the car and I opened up my poor old 20 GB's box. No headphones, but I did find a receipt from 10/11/02, the day I bought my first Pod. Well on the recipt was the iPod and a little $35 charge for an extended replacement plan... all this time I could have replaced my 20GB!!?
Well I drove an hour to CompUSA and they swapped it for a brand new 20 GB, which I added $100 bucks to to upgrade to a 40. I also bought another extended service plan (now I am not sure why since I am selling this).
Which brings me here, in front of my Mac, probably one of the few people in the world that has two 40GB iPods. So buy this one-SEALED! You even get the one year replacement plan (I'll give you the receipt). I have 35 gig of music I could load on there for you, if you have a Mac, but I would have to check to see if it is legal to do so first.

I am asking for $475 shipped within US or Canada with insurance, remember this includes a $40 replacement plan.
