Dismounted with apple icon

i unmounted my ipod and now am getting the apple icon on the screen but cannot get any menus...this is the new 30 gig ipod...what do you all recommend...thanks

First try reinstalling the firmware. If this doesn't work then try a reboot by pressing the menu and play/pause buttons until the apple logo reappears.

If this doesn't work then you've got issues man.:)

thanks got it back by plugging into ac adapter and pressing menu play button for 5 seconds. thanks
