No..You have to convert them to mp3. But then you're going from one lossy format to another.
Better to re-rip them.

You can convert wma files to mp3 files with jetAudio. You can get the free program at:http://www.jetaudio.com/
Hard to tell the difference in quality after conversion.

Hmm...I would recommend to anyone converting formats to try it against a freshly ripped mp3 before doing a conversion, depends on the person, but I think there's a big difference--especially on a well encoded mp3.
