Help! cant install!

when i tried to install my ipod manager...it keep saying "can't find network location chan/bin". And it won't install anything for me! can anyone help me?!?

What OS are you running? It won't install on 98 if that's what you have...

Also, it's not needed (iPod Manager that is). If you're just trying to get the Updater so you can format your iPod, you might try downloading the 2.0.1 Updater (http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/). That also comes w/the iPod Manager.
