How im feeding my Ipod "Vcards" to the "Connections" from Outlook ?

Hi !!

I know that my Ipod can storage more then 1,000 cards of connection , i mean - details about pepol from Microsoft Outlook phone books !

May be one of you guys can tell me how do to it ?

I'm using EphPod program to transfer the MP's to my IPOD.
