Hi,

Got my 10gig ipod about 3 months ago everything was fine.
I hadn't uploaded any music to it for a while but tried to yesterday and it just charges it doesn't connect atall. I had a look in device manager and there's a ! in the properties it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)".

Any suggestions would be most helpful.
