before you tell me to check to see if its on hold i tried! :(
ive flicked it back and forth, still nothing.
when i first got it all the buttons worked fine, then i set it up on my computer then i lost all of the main units buttons (no response) there is a small padlock in the upper left hand corner.

ive tried to do the reset, but since the buttons wont work it doesnt reset.

my remotes buttons do work however which has me confused.
