My ipod is formatted for windows and I know that I can transfer files from my windows machine to macs because they can read fat32. My question is can macs write to fat32(my windows formantted ipod) so that I can transfer files from the mac to my pc.

Also when I hook up my Winpod to the mac what do I need to do to make sure that the mac doesn't try to format or change the files on my ipod.
