First: Download Ephpod. MUCH BETTER. The Main reason is that you can change the id3 tags without reloading a song.

Anyway, in MMJB, make a playlist using the normal MP3 player on MMJB, then, click file and send to portable device. Wait for it to recognize your Ipod, On the left youll see your playlists. Click on the "currenly playing" or whatever its called and youll see all the songs that are in your current MMJB playlist. Select them all (by holding down shift) and drag them to your ipod.
