Hi all

I'm currently having a problem trying to restore my PC Ipod to mac format via Software Updater 1.3 for OSX. When the updater window appears, the 'Update' and 'Restore' options are greyed out. My Ipod is connected to the G4 but yet the updater doesn't seem to acknowledge the presence of the device. This after having disconnected and connected numerous times. The Ipod appears on the desktop but the Restore option is still greyed out.

Any ideas why this is happening? All I want it to reformat the Ipod for mac use.
