Tags not transferring?

Just got the 10 gb ipod. I'm on Windows ME. I can transfer the songs w/ titles to the ipod, but the artist and album info don't go with. All songs are properly tagged in my music library. What am I not doing properly? I can't figure out if it's a jukebox or ipod thing! Thanks for any tips or advice!!

I'm having the same problem! It's so frustrating, 'cause I spent forever tagging my files! Anyone know what's goin on here?

Since I posted this, I've talked to Apple support. They say that they've never heard of this before (lucky me). But, they believe it's a software problem with MusicMatch. I un-installed it and downloaded the trial version of Xplay. Guess what, everything worked beautifully. SO, unless MusicMatch support gets its stuff together (they haven't responded yet), I'll have to shell out another $20 to buy the full version of Xplay, and deal with having fewer features. I also downloaded a free tagging program which worked adequately.

Thanks! I'll check that out... I've also heard Ephpod is supposed to be good, but I haven't used it yet. Might want to check that out. Thanks for the response!
