Well heres the situation, my 20 gig ipod broke after only 5 months. I returned the defective winpod to john lewis a week and a bit ago, in which time apple have had the ipod for about 8 days. I keep ringing john lewis to ask what is going on and they keep telling me they are waiting for apple UK to get back to them.

Now seeing as something i paid ?400 broke after only 5 months i am wanting a speedy resolution to this so want to ring apple UK direct to find out whats going on and hopefully speed there lazy asses up:) I have looked all over apple.com/uk's site and couldnt find any tech/repair dept numbers, so if anyone has a way of actually being able to speak to a human being there i would appreicate it:)
