ok, my pc has no firewire port. my pc just has a usb port that's it. it doesn't have no 6 pin or 4 pin port. sorry to be a computer illiterate but today i bought a cable that connects to a usb port to a 4 pin IEEE 1394 port. i used the converter that came with the ipod. and hooked everything up but still no sign of connection. i'm looking at websites on firewire cable kits and they don't look like they will fit on my pc cause it has no port for it. can anyone tell me what to do?
