How do i name tracks??
If my comp doesn't recognise the track names then i name them manually in MyMusic folder however when i transfer the songs to my iPod they revert to Artist, track 1, track 2 track 3 ect.
Is there a solution to this problem? Otherwise part of my iPod song collection will not have track names making songs hard to find.

Forgive me if I'm missing it but am I right in assuming you are using iTunes? (MyMusic Folder in Windows??) Are all your mp3s in your iTunes folder? If yes then click on "get CD track names" in the Advanced menu. I don't name anything manually...

My hubby uses MM there should be an option there in the menu - clicking on the song/track should start looking for info and should find it, ideally.
There is a Musicmatch forum topic - feel free to look there or in the archives.
Or try playing around with MM of course :-)

Before I rip a cd I go online, then I start MM inorder for it to have access to the internet to look up the names and tag the mp3 accordingly.

Yes i do this anyway and it's a great feature (makes me wonder how ephpod does it?) but there are still a few albums it won't detect like the first dave matthews album for example. Thats why i need to know how you rename tracks in MM and get ipod to USE the new names when you upload.
