i have a version 1.2.2 and a brand new 30gb model both for windows.My version 1.2.2 is not saving songs to the ipod and coming up with errors relating to itunes not being able to save then invarialy i bluescreen and the laptop tells me the fat32 programmes is causing it probs.It all started when i accidently chose the a drive rather than e drive on installing ipod to ephpod after that had all sorts of problems including not being able to see them in music match etc etc culminating in now i can see the music in mmatch and playlists etc and i can see the ipod on the e drive and look in it etc but when i try to delete or save songs it freezez and blue screens or tells me 0 available o read and there is definitely space on it also as a seperate clue there is lost music when i probe the ipod on ephpod but i cant get it out as i cant come out of ephpod whemn isee it it just crashes me with itunes problems as previously.So no confusion i mean itues in the ipod contrl screen I have tried deleting these and the ipod replaces them i think ! i have only deleted the temp ones and the backup but this was all after the problem started and it hasnt really helped infuriateingly enough i did manage to load one song today great ! please please im losing my mind and am about to have to tattally restore and lose all my music which i cant back up please podders !!!!!!
