Macintosh source of evil

Will these are a few interesting internet pages that i found on the: www.joyoftech.com forums. Stating that the apple OS is creating a cult following that is anti-christian propaganda.

http://objective.jesussave.us/propaganda.html

They see evolutionism as anti-christian propaganda, and have created The "Fellowship Baptist Creation Science Fair"

http://objective.jesussave.us/creationsciencefair.html

where high school students gain 1st places for manipulating genes by prayer and concluding bby physics that "Women Were Designed For Homemaking" not my thoughts at all.

and finaly unknow to apple they have high jacked an apple page and used it to further their statement that apple computers are forming anti-christian propaganda, have a look at

http://www.apple.com/thinkdifferent/

Maybe we should inform apple - about this, being christian my self and as i have been brought up in a christian house hold, with my father being a anglican priest for several years, we beleive that this is bull #### and is rather funny.

what are you thoughts.

Thanks, Dougs.

?

I've seen those pages floating around on the Internet before as examples of how misguided Creation Science is, but I don't know what exactly you're referring to: I don't see any reference to Apple on those pages. And the Think Different page seems genuine to me.

What gives?

What is that!?!?!?! Apple is not trying to create a new religion or anything. THey are just a smaller computer company that just makes computers, that they say are easier to use than windows. Also that think different page on apple doesn't look very authentic. The apple site is usually very neat and clean not all messed up and ugly like that.

Oh yeah and they also make the best mp3 player in the world.

"Furthermore, the Darwin OS is released under an "Open Source" license, which is just another name for Communism... Founded by long haired hippies, this company has consistently supported 60's counter-cultural "values"2. "

Apple has got what, $4 billion in cash - a communist company? They're in the computer bus. for the money, open source or not. What about Steve Jobs and Disney/Pixar. They're communist too, right? I wonder if these guys have heard of Linux?

These buggers are extremely funny on one level, and really, desperately dangerous on another. Religious fundamentalism, whether Christian, Muslim or whatever, can so often be the justification for terrifying intolerance and violence.

But even those who don't go around murdering the staff from abortion clinics are dangerous in a lower level way, promoting ignorance and discouraging the kind of proper and rigorous science and learning that many have fought so hard to provide.
