iBook 500MHz

I'm looking to pick up a used iBook (500MHz is about all i can afford) on eBay since i love my iPod. I already have a PC for gaming and such and would be using it for iTMS and general surfing and stuff. Would it be incredibly slow in OSX or would it be ok for this type of stuff? I'm so used to needing 1GHz+ in the PC world :D

Yes, plenty good enough for that, but my tip would be to run OS 9.2.2 (with iTunes 2) on it as your default system, rather than OS X. You can always re-boot in OS X and iTunes 4 if you want to use the Apple Music Store...Jackonicko at 2007-11-15 18:08:48 >
