I have been thinking about making my own personal theme for Windows XP. However, I am not sure where to look for info or where I need to start for that matter. I was wondering if any of you guys in lounge could point me in the right direction.

I'm using Window Blinds the version that is free. There are a lot of neat skins out there for windows. Right now I've been learning Photoshop, I made my own Matrix Wallpaper and figured out how to do Brushed Metal.
