Minor problems

Ok, after having my 20gig. IPOD for 8 months already I've notice a few problems:
Clock does not work properly
freezes when in motion
unresponsive when i play certain music (though they are mp3 files)
sometimes there is complication with connection to comp.
Overall I find myself frustrated with it no matter how many times i reset the thing.

So far I am still under the 1 yr warrantly f/ apple. But i bought it f/ Bestbuy, w/out a service plan. What is the best way to get these problems fixed?

hey had the same problem as you except it didnt take too long for some of those things to happen it only took about 6-7 months
my clock went either too slow or it went too fast. and when i played some songs sometimes it would freeze while switching or either when it was loading the song from hard drive.
tell me what the version of your ipod is? cause mine was 1.2.1 or 1.2.? cant remember but i dont recall any one else with these problems maybe cause they had a older version or newer one.

my soloution is to use the warranty is what i did better use it fast before your warranty runs out! Your service plan only pays for the shippment, so the repair is still free!!!

yeah u can but if you get a replacement they MIGHT charge you to ship it to a warehouse, or they might give you a new one on the spot
