If it's DHL then you have to call them to arrange a pick-up.I took mine to work and got them to pick it up from there.

I raised a repair request on Thursday, the box was shipped out on Friday so I received it Monday. It was then picked up on Tuesday (no call from me required).Mart at 2007-11-15 15:08:24 >

I guess so, going by my case. Check the online progress thing at http://customer.apple.com as if that says that the box has been shipped out it should turn up the day after.Mine now says that my repaired or replaced pod is packed! Hopefully I'll get it back tomorrow.

Just go to the Repair Status bit, that's the only page that seems to change throughout. I did get my replacement yesterday so am very happy with the service.Mart at 2007-11-15 15:12:31 >

I am still waiting for the box to arrive, so I can send my sick Ipod back for repair. I'll be making another call on Monday, hopefully it should be sorted by then.
