hi guys, nice to join your group! my winpod has lasted through me almost half a year now, and im holding my breath for it's survival. :o

i have some cleaning quesitons for you guys:

i have a second gen winpod 5 gig with no firewire port cover. and so over time (even with delicate care) the inside metal of the firewire port has become [i dont know how to describe this] a little "corroded" or "less shiny." also there some cotton fibers in it (because i always put it my front t-shirt pocket).

what should i do to make it better and less hairy?:confused:
