how do i return my ipod
i am fed up with my ipod and ive looked around to see that the only suggestions are to call for service/replacement or get a new firewire card. im pretty sure its not my card, seeing as how it worked fine when i first bought it. so, what are the steps i need to do in order to send it back for replacement. i cant call apple cuz they are whores and dont give free phone support after 90 days, which i am over. so, can someone tell me plz what i need to do to send my ipod back.

Click on this link and fill in your information https://depot.info.apple.com/ipod/index.html
That should be the first step in sending the iPod back to Apple for service/repair/replacement or whatever. If the link doesn't work (which it may not because it's a secure site), go to the Apple website, click on the support tab and tyen type in "ipod repair" in the search box. Then scroll down and click on "ipod does not charge." That'll open up a page that you'll need to scroll down on until you see the hotlink called https://depot.info.apple.com/ipod/index.html. Click on that and near the bottom you're asked to select your country. Do this, click Continue and then enter your Apple ID and Password. Then just fill in the information as prompted.
Good luck, and sorry to hear about all your problems (although I can certainly relate).
