Why wont these songs appear on my iPOD?
My iPOD for Windows (20 gb) was the best MP3 player I've ever owned until the MusicMatch program crashed 2 weeks ago. I reinstalled everything (the Apple customer service guy was very helpful) and it seemed to be back to normal. Recently I added the new Missy Elliot CD to Musicmatch - it "recorded" everything ok and the new songs appear in my MusicMatch library.
But, when I sync my iPOD with the computer, Missy is nowhere to be found. I've tried it several times and the songs still don't appear on my iPOD. I even went in and deleted several songs just to make sure it wasn't a memory or space issue, etc. No luck.
One note: the Missy Elliot CD is an "enhanced" CD - not sure if that is significant or if there is some kind of file protection that blocks "ripping" the CD.
Any suggestions?

I appreciate the response and sent an email...the "tags" for this album don't appear different from every other song in my collection. Is there something special I should be looking for?

just check if they tags are stored (are there at all). if they are, try re-ripping the cd with another program (media center 9, eac/lame...). media center 9 has a 30 day free trial and eac/lame (the best combination for ripping mp3?s imho) is free.
