Best way to exercise Best Buy TAP?

I'm looking to upgrade to the new iPods from my 10 gb touchwheel. I wondered what the best way to get the new ipod is and how i should go about doing that. I have the protection plan, i just need to know what to do to my iPod so they will exchange it.

Nothing. It's illegal to intentionally vandalize your ipod to get a newer version. It's not the intent of the PSP. Acts like that will eventually make it so they don't offer the PSP anymore.

bmw007, if your ipod is defective, take it to them and they will replace it with the 3rd gen. Just make sure your ipod is defective ;)

No, he doesn't have to "shutup". In fact, you need to take some of your own advice with respect to keeping quiet. There's no need for such comments.

These boards are not around so folks can propagate ways to illegally acquire replacement iPods. Go somewhere else for that.
