Fair play to Apple
My 20GB 'pod is about 4-5 months old and a couple weeks ago my remote died to the extent that it would cut out the sound to the right earphone. I duly filled out the online returns form and was told they'd send me a box with which to return the remote for repair. Fair enough I thought...
So here I am about a week later and a courier arrives with a package from Apple. I opened it up to take a gander at the return instructions and low-and-behold there's a brand new remote inside!
Needless to say I'm pretty pleased with this level of service and it's something I deffinately wasn't expecting! At least they can still do something right. ;)
Oh, in case anyone's wondering I live in the UK.
